Testing new Kayak Blog

I am trying out a Google site for my sea kayak blogging. After July 2012 Apple will no longer support my perfectly good iMac G5 (no Intel) for my weblog. Just a little disappointed, Steve Jobs.
I want to be able to log my kayak trips this way.
